Healthcare Inspired Welcomes Dr. Daniela Scherman-Siver, EdD, MAEd, BS, CPC-A, as Revenue Cycle Support Specialist

Healthcare Inspired LLC adds an accomplished educator and certified coder who brings a doctoral-level commitment to learning, clarity, and continuous improvement to its revenue cycle team.

Healthcare Inspired LLC (HCI) is pleased to announce that Dr. Daniela Scherman-Siver, EdD, MAEd, BS, CPC-A, has joined the team as Revenue Cycle Support Specialist.

Daniela is an AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC-A) who has completed AAPC’s Practicode program, a one-year apprenticeship-equivalent experience that builds real-world coding proficiency across a wide range of cases.

With a Doctor of Education, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Science, Daniela brings a unique perspective to healthcare revenue cycle work: the mindset of an educator who understands that learning, clarity, and accuracy are what drive lasting results.

An Educator’s Approach to the Revenue Cycle

Daniela supports HCI clients across coding and accounts receivable, helping resolve claims, address denials, and keep revenue moving. Her work spans claim resolution, denial management, and the coding and documentation details that determine whether a claim is paid correctly the first time.

True to her background in education, Daniela shares what she learns. Through her “Today I Learned” Revenue Cycle Support Specialist series on LinkedIn, she breaks down practical revenue cycle lessons, from why documentation drives coding to how NCCI edits lead to bundling denials, how subscriber ID errors cause claim rejections, and how to identify true duplicate claims.
