Meet Emily Bailey: A Leader Focused on Doing Things the Right Way
Emily Bailey brings a well-rounded background in healthcare administration, legal operations, and compliance to our team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and has built her career around accuracy, organization, and ethical leadership.
Emily began her professional journey in the healthcare industry, where she gained experience in administrative and management roles before transitioning into the legal field. As an Operations Manager for a personal injury and medical malpractice law firm, she developed a strong understanding of how compliance and documentation integrity connect both industries.
Earlier in her career, Emily completed an internship with the Florida Department of Health’s Medical Records department, where she created a compliant procedure for processing medical record requests — a project that strengthened her knowledge of HIPAA and record management standards.
Her experience across healthcare and legal settings gives her a unique perspective on compliance oversight, patient data protection, and process improvement.
As a certified professional coder (CPC-A), Emily now brings that same level of diligence and structure to Healthcare Inspired, helping ensure that our compliance framework remains strong, accurate, and forward-thinking.
