Healthcare Inspired LLC (HCI) is pleased to announce that Yury Urquiza, CPC, has joined the team as Revenue Cycle Support Specialist.

Yury brings a strong foundation in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding principles, along with a clear commitment to accuracy and professional growth.

At HCI, we believe great coders are developed through mentorship, education, and real-world experience. Yury’s addition reflects that belief: investing in talented professionals early in their careers strengthens our team, our clients, and the future of the coding profession.

A Commitment to Continuous Learning

Yury has consistently sought out opportunities to grow her knowledge. She attended the virtual Certified for Success program at AAPC’s HEALTHCON 2026 and recently participated in Healthcare Inspired’s E/M Excellence Symposium 2026, where she deepened her understanding of evaluation and management coding and medical decision making (MDM).

In her role as Revenue Cycle Support Specialist, Yury will support HCI clients with coding and revenue cycle tasks while continuing to build her expertise through shadowing, ongoing education, and guidance from HCI’s experienced team of coders and auditors.
